How it all started

Our founders realized from working in the Defense Contracting industry that engineers and companies were consistently working with fragmented data and lacked coherent systems to effectively manage the interviewing process. We adapted the best industry models into the Cyberjin platform to finally bring tech hiring into the future.

Cyberjin was founded on DevOps principles to automate unnecessary work, overcome bureaucratic traditions and accelerate the advent of technology for the best interest of IT professionals. We prioritize assessing every position, every company and every candidate within our community to enforce best practices in building meaningful relationships.

Our network of established and up-and-coming companies support demands across the IT Spectrum and our system inherently asks everyone the question, “What do you truly desire?” This way, nobody’s time is wasted and the short bandwidth of focus is paid to the things that really matter.
